Login / Registration

Login and Account Access

You can log in to the site using your username or your email address. Click on the Login link in the header:

If you see “My Account” instead of login, it means you are already logged in.

Username or Password recovery.

If you do not know your username or password, click on the
Reset Password
here or on the top right of the site. You will receive an email with your username and a link to reset your password.

Registration

To register as a new user on the site, click on the login link in the header as in the above image. You will get an option to Register on the site.

Note that your password should contain at least: One Uppercase Letter, One Lower Case letter, One Numeric Number and should be ate least 6 digits.

My Account Section

From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses and change your password and edit account details. You can access this area from the Your Account Link in the header.

In the Orders Section, You can view and repeat orders or find the link to purchased webinars.

In Subscriptions you can view, cancel or restart Subscriptions.

Resources on the Site

The site is full of resources on MTHFR, Methylation and related subjects.

Blog

The Blog contains dozens of articles on MTHFR, Methylation, diagnosis, substance interactions and more. It takes a few seconds to load because of the many articles, but then the pages load fast.

Webinars / Events

We run very regular live webinars for Practitioners and Patients (or other interested parties). The next four upcoming webinars or events are displayed in the sidebar or at the top of the page of most pages. Click on the link to register for the live webinars.

Past webinars can be accessed through the Webinars link in the menu or through the Shop Page. Several are free while others are paid webinars.

All upcoming events can be viewed by clicking on Events in the main menu.

The Shop

Click on the Shop link in the menu. The shop offers:

• Supplements. Two different sections should be used for:
  Australia and New Zealand based visitors
  Internnational visitors
• Webinars (paid and free for all countries)
• Test Kits (available for all countries)
• Practitioner Portal
  This area is specific for Practitioners.
• Patient Portal
  This area is restricted to users who are Registered wtih the MTHFRSupport Practice. Contact the Practice to discuss access.
• The Methylation Summit to be Held in August 2017.
