This smoothie is packed with protein, fiber and healthy fats; a perfect combination to keep you full all morning long. The combination of ingredients is sure to boost your energy and the flavors will give your taste buds a definite treat. Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen cranberries
  • 1/2 lemon, with rind
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

Method:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender.
  2. If shake is too thick, add water until desired consistency is achieved.
